Dr. Mostafa Kolahdouzan, DC, CCSP® 
Founder and CEO

Dr. Kolahdouzan is a licensed sports chiropractor based in the DMV area. With advanced certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®), he specializes in treating athletes and active individuals through evidence-based chiropractic care, including manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and rehab-focused treatment. 

He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, CA. Throughout the rigorous program, he volunteered in the school’s Sports Council program where he helped various athletes in their recovery process pre- or post-game. Upon graduation, he came back to his hometown to serve his community.  

Building on his time working with the Georgetown University Athletic Department and other rehab / chiropractic offices, he emphasizes personalized, high-quality care rooted in modern sports science and patient-centered values

Dr. Kolahdouzan is passionate about optimizing movement, reducing pain, and helping patients return to peak performance. He regularly shares expert wellness tips and educational content on his Instagram platform, where he promotes a lifestyle grounded in mobility, strength, and injury prevention. 

Outside of work, Dr. Kolahdouzan enjoys weight training, arm-wrestling, motorcycle rides, and exploring scenic destinations with his wife and son. He is committed to building a community where wellness meets performance.

Chrissy

Chrissy is a licensed sports therapist and stretch practitioner specializing in athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention. She graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage (NVSTM).

Her experience includes working in both spa and professional sports environments, including contract bodywork with the Washington Commanders. She focuses on sports, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage, combined with assisted stretching techniques, to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support optimal performance.

Jack

Jack is an experienced massage therapist with over 20 years of hands-on experience helping clients improve recovery, reduce pain, and support overall wellness. He has worked with individuals from all backgrounds and activity levels, providing personalized care tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

His specialties include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, athletic recovery, and prenatal and postnatal massage care. Whether clients are recovering from physical activity, dealing with chronic tension, or simply looking to improve their well-being, Jack focuses on delivering effective, results-driven treatment in a professional and relaxing environment.

Vrunda (Vee)

Vrunda serves as the Patient Care Coordinator and is often the first friendly face patients see when entering the clinic. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience while helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Her responsibilities include answering patient questions, coordinating appointments, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth, seamless experience from start to finish. With her attentive and caring approach, Vrunda plays an important role in helping the clinic operate efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.
